Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Solar Design Engineer to design and develop efficient solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in solar energy solutions, regulatory compliance, and system optimization to support sustainable energy initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop on-grid and off-grid solar energy systems for various applications.
Conduct site assessments and perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project feasibility.
Prepare and implement engineering plans, specifications, and system standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to select panels, inverters, batteries, and other components.
Test, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in solar energy systems.
Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and emerging solar technologies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in solar engineering, renewable energy, or related fields.
Expertise in solar energy systems, components, and project execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design and simulation software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of solar energy regulations and building codes.
