Job Brief:
A leading company in the manufacturing and construction industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage recruitment at the group level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting for various levels of roles and ensuring the highest quality hires. The role requires handling a high volume of recruitment while maintaining efficiency and precision.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the entire group.
  • Source, attract, and hire top talent for roles at different levels within the organization.
  • Utilize headhunting strategies to identify and engage with high-quality candidates.
  • Handle a minimum of 30-40 roles per month.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and align hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and build strong networks within the industry.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in headhunting and recruiting for various roles across different levels.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must have experience working in a group-level recruitment role; agency experience is acceptable but group-level experience is preferred.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • European nationality preferred.
  • Must be based in the UAE for face-to-face interviews.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
