handling a high volume of recruitment while maintaining efficiency and precision.Job Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the entire group.
- Source, attract, and hire top talent for roles at different levels within the organization.
- Utilize headhunting strategies to identify and engage with high-quality candidates.
- Handle a minimum of 30-40 roles per month.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and align hiring strategies.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and build strong networks within the industry.
