Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Personal Loan to join a leading financial institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in banking and personal loans, with proven leadership skills to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 to 8 sales professionals to achieve personal loan sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly targets of AED 3M - 5M.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and cross-selling financial products.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, ensuring continuous improvement and target achievement.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, offering tailored financial solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Loan Team Leader in the banking sector.
  • Banking experience in the UAE is mandatory, specifically in personal loan sales.
  • Industry Experience: Banking / Financial Loan sector (Mandatory).
  • Arabic fluency is required; English is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding personal loan sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Thorough understanding of UAE banking regulations, financial products, and loan services.
  • Age: Below 35 years.
