Job Responsibilities:- New Client Acquisition: Actively engage with potential clients via phone calls to promote our contingency recruitment services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs.
- Client Communication: Clearly communicate Agile Consultants' value proposition, understand client needs, and present tailored recruitment solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through telesales efforts.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deals in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and client interactions to management for review and strategy adjustment.
