Job Brief:We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Trade Assistant to join our Finance Department. The role involves coordinating with banks, managing trade-related transactions, and ensuring efficient documentation and communication for financial operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of banking and trade processes.
Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with banks and internal teams on documentation related to:
- Letters of credit.- Bank guarantees.- Short-term and medium-term loan applications.- Account openings and other required banking documents for group companies.- Manage trade-related transactions, including letters of credit and guarantees.
- Maintain and update trackers for all trade documents.
- Assist with KYC processes and account opening requirements.
- Facilitate listing of group companies with banks for employee credit facilities.
- Manage merchant agreements and services.
- Submit and collect required banking documents.
- Handle salary transfer letters for group employees.
- Prepare group-level cheque bounce reports.
- Draft bank account confirmation letters for subsidiary companies.
- Assist with bank account maintenance and modification tasks.
- Transmit shipment documents and guarantees to relevant units.
