Job Description: Based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, the Trade Support Officer will need to possess the necessary knowledge, and skills in the financial services sector to understand the Company's business, and the applicable legislation and will be responsible for trade support activities including timely and efficient document processing and implementation of systems and procedures. Further, need to have a good understanding of compliance procedures, risk management, and market operations and possess the necessary certification.
Job Responsibilities:- Take a primary lead role in all client trading activities.
- Handling clients and group allocations in all Trading Platforms.
- Configuring clients and group settings (Margin rates, visible symbols, Markup, Commission, Swaps, etc.)
- Assist with various aspects of the trading process, including but not limited to execution, risk management, daily operations, and overall desk activities.
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and our financial counterparties.
- Ensure orders and trades are properly entered and confirmations are communicated to clients.
- Reporting on news that occurs throughout the day.
- Monitoring MT5 manager and ensuring correct pricing.
- Write a Market Recap report and include Economic news updates and the main economic events of the day.
- Supervise and monitor trades on CFD and DMA platforms.
- Check expiries, dividends, and holidays and confirm with traders and clients.
- Respond to messages on both email and Teams.
- Taking offline trades, if necessary, and placing them directly onto global exchanges.
- Updating swaps on MT5.
- Preparing trade file trades taken during the shift and sending them to the back office.
- Management and training of the Trade Support team.
- Ensure that issues are escalated to suitable IT staff if necessary.
